  Service

We are always happy to talk to owners and perspective owners. Please understand that the dealer is the first step in the service chain. We are a small company with the ability to field calls from our hundred dealers, but we get quickly overwhelmed when thousands of owners call us directly. The spring time is especially troublesome as everyone begins to prep their campers for the summer season.

We know, at times, owners do not get the service they deserve at a dealership for a variety of reasons. When this occurs, please contact us directly. We are always happy to help an Aliner owner. Please just remember that we do not have a call center, nor do we have a software infrastructure that allows for tracking of complaints or parts shipping.
  • When contacting us, please have model, year, VIN, and original dealer information ready. This simple information helps us quickly reach a solution. Also, digital pictures can be extremely helpful.

    Email (preferred): customerservice@aliner.com
    or call 724-423-7440 x106 and x109.
  • We operate a pay-for-service repair facility on site that is staffed by senior technicians. You must schedule an appointment, and typically the schedule is booked three to six weeks.

To schedule an appointment contact: customerservice@aliner.com

Columbia Northwest -

Now and Then

For over twenty-five years, Columbia Northwest, Inc. continues to produce innovative campers and trailers. The company got its start in the early 1970’s when Ralph Tait, a serial entrepreneur, began making a uniquely designed pop-up camper. He built the original Aliners for friends and word of mouth, until the early 1980's, when Ralph’s three sons helped their father grow the hobby into a business.

Columbia Northwest continues to grow simply by listening to its owners and dealers. Our products can be found in the United States, Canada, Australia, Iceland, Japan, Netherlands, and any other place our active owners may take them.
