Safe and Simple Suspension

Ever hear the expression "where the rubber meets the road"? We pay attention to it in every single aspect.

Our radial tires are filled with nitrogen rather than air. Nitrogen extends the life of the tire by riding cooler and it slows the natural breakdown of rubber.

Unlike solid axles, our rubber torsion axle provides smooth independent suspension. The axle is made by Al-Ko Kober, a German company with manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Al-Ko is the leading chassis provider to the Caravan industry in Europe.

Every Axle has an easy lube fitting. This means no more trips to the shop to have the bearings repacked. Just remove the rubber cover, squeeze a few shots of grease, and keep rolling.

Strong Foundation

Unlike other companies that paint their frames, we powder-coat ours to help prevent chips that lead to rust and corrosion.

Aliners employ a UniRail^™ construction technique that uses one single frame member from the ball hitch to the bumper. Other campers use several pieces welded together.
The UniRail^™ construction is lighter and reduces the possibility of a weld failure.

We use heavy-duty stabilizer jacks attached to the main rails and bulkheads on the frame. These beefy jacks provide sure, solid footing and use an easy cranking screw mechanism.

All Aliners (except the Alite) come with a dual-propane tray that will carry either one or two tanks. This allows you to outfit your camper specifically for each trip.

Every Aliner (except Alite) comes with a 2 inch receiver under the rear bumper. This small feature allows you to carry bicycles or other gear, using the same carriers you already use on your tow vehicle.

30 Second Set Up

You can set up an Aliner faster than you can read this blurb. We have been using the same lift mechanism for 30 years because we know it works and it lasts. In fact, we have so much trust in our springs that each Aliner comes with a lifetime warranty on them.

Others campers need a lift assist or an automated lift system to open. Aliners are so easy to open that no assist system is needed.

Panoramic Views and Ample Ventilation

While Aliners may be smaller than most RVs, you won’t feel claustrophobic inside one. Aliners actually feel more open than some 30-foot trailers because of our numerous windows and skylights.

The large windows on the A-Walls are custom made for Aliner. Opening the roof vent and windows creates cross ventilation that keeps the camper cool. Even the door windows open. This reduces the need to use the air conditioner.

Our windows come with double ply curtains to keep light and prying eyes out of your camper. Most Aliners also have two large skylights that come with standard shades.

Low Maintenance Exterior

No one wants to spend time waxing a camper. The Aliner fiberglass and aluminum exterior requires no maintenance, beyond the occasional cleaning. So you can spend your time on the road, not in your driveway.

UV protected, silicon sealed, oversized plastic corner caps protect the camper's corners and can be easily replaced if you accidentally back into something. Competitors use thin channels and vinyl trim with screws, creating possible leak points and leaving the walls exposed to life’s dents and dings.

Every Aliner (except the Scout) comes with an aluminum diamond plate front rock guard. This diamond plate is not a simple overlay, but instead is laminated to the wall construction. It can take the abuse of the road and be polished back to a near pristine state.

Our graphics are digitally printed for a clean, sharp look. We then take the extra step to overlay them with a UV protective clear coat, so even the graphics look great year after year.

Keeping the Elements Outside

Our skylights are chemically bonded to the roof eliminating the need for screws. Screw holes can lead to leaks and stress fractures. The skylights are strong too. Just ask a dealer to hit one for a demonstration of how strong.

Our dual-waterproofed joints keep you dry, regardless of the weather. First, we overlap the seal so water running down the camper stays away from the joint. Second, we use rubber gaskets that get sandwiched between the joints (just like your car door).

The continuous single piece roof wrap increases rigidity and removes failure points by eliminating screws and plates.

Solid Floor

Our Perform Max 500^® marine grade flooring won’t warp, rot or swell under the pressure of Mother Nature’s elements, unlike plywood. We also add a water barrier layer to the underside of the flooring for extra protection. Take a look under an Aliner and then under other generic A-frame campers. You’ll see and feel the difference in the floors.

What you won’t see under an Aliner is an exposed water line. Unlike competitors, our water tanks and lines are housed inside the camper so you can use your Aliner all year – even in winter. Learn about Perform Max 500^®.

Structural Panels

Aliners have an aluminum exoskeleton, which is very strong and very light weight. Unlike our competitors, we don't glue our fiberglass to a heavy internal wood frame. All of our panels are made with vacuum bonded lamination and almost no wood.

In fact, there is no wood above the hinge line in our campers. For roofs and A-walls we use a material called Azdel^™, which is a composite wood substitute that is light, eco-friendly, nearly indestructible, adds insulation, dampens sounds, and won’t absorb moisture. Azdel costs more than wood, but its benefits are invaluable.
